You'll engage in a conscious, connected breathing rhythm, typically for 30-60 minutes, supported by a curated soundscape. You choose a comfortable position, maintaining full control and honoring your body's cues throughout the session.

Following the active breathwork, dedicated space is provided for quiet rest and integration. We'll then gently discuss your experience, helping you process any insights and ground yourself for what comes next.
