Introspective Breathwork Therapy
A Gentle Path: Release, Self-Discovery, Well-Being, and Presence

01
The Core
Introspective Breathwork is a unique approach that utilizes conscious and connected breathing to facilitate emotional processing, self-inquiry, and a deeper connection to your inner self. Unlike traditional talk therapy, the primary focus is on the direct experience of breath and the sensations, emotions, and insights that may arise during the session.
02
What to Expect
-
The Breathing: You'll breathe in a specific rhythm, usually for about 30 to 60 minutes. Think of it as active breathing that helps you explore your inner world.
-
The Music: Special music will play to support your experience.
-
Your Position: Most people lie down to relax, but you can find whatever position feels most comfortable for you.
-
The Whole Session: You'll spend more time with a facilitator than just the breathing part (for example, a 60-minute breathing session might be part of a 90-minute total session). This extra time is for getting ready beforehand and talking about your experience afterward.
-
Safe Space: The facilitator creates a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for you. They try to guide you more through the experience itself rather than talking a lot
